The second option is Camping Village Baiai Azzurra. This Castiglione della Pescaia campsite is situated about 300 metres from the beach of Le Rocchette with 260 tent pitches, 60 bungalows and 9 self-catering "residence" holiday apartments.

The Azzurra village complex includes a pizzeria restaurant, two swimming pools (one with a jacuzzi), a private section of the Le Rocchette beach, and on site parking. Pets are allowed.

Each of the apartments is air-conditioned and has a private entrance and garden or terrace furnished with table and chairs, sunbeds and a barbecue.

Residence Roccamare

Just a little way further south towards Castiglione della Pescaia is Roccamare and another Maremma residence possbility: that of the Hotel Residence Roccamare.

Actually, where the village of Rocchette ends and Roccamare begins is impossible to tell along the road that traverses them both, and, indeed, the same can be said of their respective beaches whose sands run into each other.
