Il nostro locale

Ad Orbetello, paese unico in Italia, circondato da due tomboli naturali (Giannella e Feniglia) a formare una laguna naturale, sorge il nostro ristorante.

L'imponente edificio in cui si trova il ristorante è all'interno delle mura esterne del paese, sulla laguna, ed è stato costruito nei primi del XVIII° secolo, utilizzato all’origine come scuderie della cavalleria dello Stato dei Presidi.

Il nostro prodotto

Data la qualità del pescato, I Pescatori della nostra Cooperativa hanno voluto qualificare il prodotto lagunare ed hanno riscosso notevole successo. La qualità fornita nella preparazione dei piatti serviti è garantita.

Tutti i piatti serviti sono realizzati con prodotto appena pescato esclusivamente nelle acque della nostra Laguna di Orbetello.
Abbiamo realizzato anche una fabbrica che lavora il nostro pesce in cui tutti i processi di lavorazione sono sottoposti ad Autocontrollo (HACCP).

Il nostro fiore all’occhiello è la Bottarga di Orbetello, di cui siamo Presidio Slow Food Italia, ma non mancano altri prodotti tipici come l’anguilla sfumata, il filetto di cefalo affumicato, l’ombrina affumicata, la palamita, lo scaveccio e molti altri.

Our restaurant

In Orbetello, a unique place in Italy surrounded by two natural tomboli (Giannella and Feniglia) which form a natural lagoon, stands our restaurant.

The imposing building in which the restaurant is located is situated inside the outer walls of Orbetello, alongside the lagoon. It was built in the early eighteenth century and originally used as stables of the cavalry of the Stato dei Presidi.

Our products

Given the quality of the fish, the fishermen of our cooperative wanted to qualify the products of the lagoon and have done so with considerable success. The quality of the preparation of the dishes is guaranteed.

All the dishes served are made with products just fished exclusively in the waters of our lagoon of Orbetello.

We have also created a factory for the cleaning of our fish, in which all the processes are subject to the control of Autocontrollo (HACCP).

Our flagship is the roe of Orbetello, for which we are recognised by Presidio Slow Food Italia - Slow Food Italy, but there are other typical local products such as the eel "sfumata", fillet of smoked grey mullet, smoked umbrine, bonito, "scaveccio" and many others.
